Here at Bouchon Nivernais, you eat quality meat from cattle raised with the greatest care.

When you choose to taste our meat, you support a small family farm in your region and give meaning to our way of working in reason and the preservation of our beautiful countryside. This meat is produced from Blanc Bleu cattle selected and cared for with the greatest care, mainly from our pastures. A responsible farm where 40 calves are born per year with the HVE (High Ecological Value) label.
