Le Bouchon Nivernais has always strived to select the best products in order to offer you quality cuisine.

Our various suppliers help us in this process:

The Pomona Passion Froid company selects the best meats for us under the name “chef’s butcher” or “meats from our terroirs”.

Terre Azur offers us different regional market gardeners within a 200 km radius in order to best respond to seasonality (Touraine and Pays de la Loire).

La Fromagerie Saligny in Chevenon for cow and goat cheeses typical of our region.

La Boulangerie Delenin in Varennes-Vauzelles for fresh bread every morning.

A selection of the best wines and vintages from Pouilly, the Sancerre region, the Loire Valley and Burgundy: Maison Saget in Pouilly-sur-Loire (58150), Château La Rabotine in Sury-en-Vaux (18300), Domaine Bersan in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux (89530) and Domaine Guillon et Fils in Gevrey-Chambertin (21220).

Exceptional closure of the Bouchon Nivernais for holidays
